It’s a cookie. In a cup. And it’s not all carbs! Woo!


2 tsp (10g) Butter ½ scoop Protein Powder 12g Stevia (or white sugar) 12g Brown sugar 1 egg yolk 3 drops Vanilla Pinch of salt ½ tbsp (8g) Chocolate chips

1. Melt the butter

Once you’ve found a nice sized mug, measure out your butter in it and throw it in the microwave for about 15 seconds.

2. Mix it all together

The order here isn’t a big deal until you get to the end. It’s best to mix all the ingredients and then add the protein powder and chocolate chips. Some other ingredients I’ve played with in the past include nutella, peanut butter, caramel sauce and coconut shreds – all delicious!

3. Throw it in the microwave and eat!

Once you’ve got it well mixed, throw it in the microwave for 30-40 seconds (depending how soft or cooked you like it) and enjoy! You can throw some whipped cream or ice cream on top if you’re feeling adventurous!
